Food
Food interests me from the first idea for a dish through to the last detail of the plating. Understanding the process is what lets me tell the essence of a chef's work as it deserves, and add the value I bring to it. The light, the shadows, the volume, the texture, the tableware, the hands, the room and the experience.

05Park Hyatt · Bangkok
I set out to capture the precision, the calm and the care for detail you can feel in every corner. With the special collaboration of chefs Ferran Tadeo and Mateu Villaret.

Mad Monkey
Here I wanted to capture the energy of the place, the movement and that feeling that something is always going on. A combination of flavours and textures from Bangkok and Cambodia, perfectly executed by chef Buna.

Maspí · Osaka
At Maspí I saw at close range the demands and the rhythm of a high-level service, photographing the courses of a special pairing between Catalan cooking and premium Japanese produce, without losing sight of some of its signature dishes. All of it orchestrated by the brilliance of chef Mateu Villaret, who now runs his own restaurant, Masía Tokyo, with a Michelin star.

Etxola
I wanted to show the place in a close, honest way, with the focus as much on the kitchen as on the people, on any ordinary day.

Gastroteka Bimendi
I looked for a simple, direct image, letting the produce and the character of the room take the lead.
